Changes to our website:
We aim to keep our website current and interesting. We will from time-to-time alter its content. We cannot therefore guarantee that any content that may have seen advertised on a previous visit will still be available. We reserve the right to make changes to our website without prior notice.
Product descriptions:
We always try to display all our products shown on our website as accurately as possible. However the colours displayed on our website and on your computer may not reflect the true and exact colour of the product. Acrogen fpl cannot therefore accept responsibility for any defects or limitations in your software or hardware and as such cannot guarantee that your screen display will reproduce the true characteristics, colour, finish and detail of the actual products accurately. Written descriptions of the products/prices may contain incomplete or inaccurate information. Any errors are totally unintentional. If we should find an error applying to your order we reserve the right to make contact with you prior to delivery, advise you of the issue and request if you wish to continue with the order under the revised conditions.
Product availability:
All products are supplied subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time without notice. Orders for products that are available will be subject to a delivery lead-time that will be confirmed to you at the time of your enquiry and order. Payment will not be take until you have accepted our delivery lead-time.
Product pricing:
The products will generally be available at the price quote in our published price list.
We do however reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This would not apply to booked and confirmed orders. If we make promotional offers and or price reductions subsequent to your purchase we cannot refund any difference or benefit.
Distance selling policy:
Please refer to our ‘about’ page for our policy regarding orders place though our web catalogue. The statement is not intended to be a full explanation of your consumer rights.
Further information regarding Distance Selling Regulations is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.
Delivery arrangements:
The delivery arrangements and conditions are explain on our ‘about’ page. Please refer to these. If the buyer is not in attendance when delivery is attempted the goods will be taken back to our storage facility. There will be a re-delivery charge of £50 payable to our representative. If however you are unable to take delivery on the agreed date then please advise us at least 1 full working day prior to this and make new arrangements for delivery. There will be no additional cost involved if this procedure is followed.
Force majeure:
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to comply with our undertakings if the reasons are beyond our control.

Sales taxes:
Any tax that may be due will be included in the declared sales price.
Liabilities:
We will not accept any contingent liability.

Your privacy is important to us and we will treat any personal information that you pass to us as confidential. We will not sell any information about you to any other party. We may however pass your details to our supplier/s and associates to aid the process of any orders or enquiries you may make.
